This was my eighth Yeah Yeah Yeahs show and if there’s a better live band in NYC I haven’t seen ‘em. Fucking Spectacular. Karen is a rock goddess and Nick & Brian are probably the most powerful rhythm section on Earth. The last time I saw them (a surprise gig with the Liars at Warsaw in Williamsburg) they seemed focused on their newer more moody, slower stuff. Not this...
